Project Description:
In the Warehouse district of Downtown Phoenix, the modern 300 unit Campaige Place opened in April 2003. The Tom Hom Group, in conjunction with Rob Wellington Quigley Architects created a project that incorporated the SRO+ project while preserving an old 1908 livery stable, which is one of Phoenix's early examples of cast-in-place concrete construction. The original building forms the lobby of Campaige Place while incorporating a mixed-use retail space designed to attract retailers, and caters to the bustle of downtown activity. The winner of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s 2001 Market Value Partner Award, Campaige Place Phoenix is in a great location, just minutes away from the ballpark, arena, county courthouse and civic mall.
Tenants
Tenants at Campaige Place Phoenix enjoy furnished efficiency units with FREE utilities, micro/fridge, bath, local phone, cable TV, housekeeping/linens. And ONSITE 24/7 front desk w/gated entry, work out room, underground parkingand so much more!
